Danubia Kreuzfahrten operates river cruise vessels on the European waterways and is a partner in our GRENDEL project. Within Activity 4.1, Danubia Kreuzfahrten is tasked with exploring possibilities for improving the environmental performance of river cruising in three highly relevant fields of action:

• Waste-water treatment
• Engine exhaust emissions
• Noise and vibrations

In order to perform these tasks, Danubia Kreuzfahrten is now looking for qualified consultants (e.g. ship design offices, ship yards etc.) who can support them by conducting technical studies – tender documents and technical specifications can be downloaded below or on their website.
 

Danubia Kreuzfahrten GmbH is a private entity and therefore not subject to European legislation on public procurement. However, as the GRENDEL project is a publicly funded project, the selection of suppliers of consulting services shall be guided by the principles of transparency and non-discrimination in an appropriate manner.
