LEARNING STRATEGY: THE FIRST ECOVELOTOUR WORKSHOP IN KOSICE

 
 

At the 1st Learning Interaction meeting in Kosice the participants could learn the core of the ecotourism strategy methodology, the ecosystem services (ESS) by the Corvinus University of Budapest. The session was followed by practical interactive group work on identifying ESS for the regions where strategies will be developed throughout the project.

EcoVeloTour at the 1st Alumni Meeting of BOKU

 
 

In this September EcoVeloTour was presented at the 1st alumni meeting organised by the Institute of Transport Studies.

 

The EcoVeloTour project presented the outcomes for the audience and inveted them to give feedback on the recent published version of the Guidelines for Sustainable Bycicle Tourism, as it will be updated and refined during the project lifetime.

FIRST ECOVELOTOUR WORKSHOP IN EAST BAVARIA
 
 

As part of the development of six best practice regional ecotourism strategies in the EcoVeloTour project, the first workshop in East Bavaria took place on 26th September.

 

Stakeholders from tourism, public transport, hospitality industry, economy, nature parks and more discussed the needs for action on the sustainable development of cycling tourism in East Bavaria using the examples of Euro Velo Routes 6 and 13.
