Train the trainer Seminar (13.-14. September 2018, Székesfehérvár, Hungary)
With the successful finalization of the Danube Compass information platforms in all eight countries, its dissemination among various target groups has begun. Public authorities’ front desk employees, counselling services and other representatives of specialized public services were invited to lovely Székesfehérvár for training how to use Danube Compass in their daily activities with the aim that they will act as multipliers for their institution and disseminate the information on the portal further. DRIM project partners are grateful to all invited trainees who took their time from their busy schedules, came to Hungary and took part in the train-the trainer seminar!
DRIM Presented at the Big Stage of EURegionsWeek 2018 Event in Brussels (10. September 2018, Brussels, Belgium)
In the beginning of the year 2018, DRIM was among 6 Europe-wide Interreg projects that were selected by the Interact programme to feature at the prestigious event EURegionsWeek2018 „Six projects, one slam” event. These six projects presented their activities and achievements through story telling technique at the grand stage of the EURegionsWeek at the Square Conference Center in Brussels.
7th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (18.-19. October 2018 Sofia, Bulgaria)
The Central Transdanubain Regional Innovation Agency - the Hungarian partner in the DRIM project - was presented on the 7th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region that was held on the 18-19 of October in Sofia. It was interesting to hear about what is going on in the Danube Region and about the future of the cooperation. One of the important news on the level of programme is that the 3rd round of call for proposals was announced. more information on this call can be found on the DTP webpage.
The Dream Came True: DC Launch, Training and Workshop in Hungary
The Hungarian launch event and national training session for public institutions and NGO-s was organised on Monday, 15 October in Szeged, while the national workshop on 23rd November 2018 in Tatabánya. The goal of the events was twofold, namely 1) share the participants’ standpoints on issues affecting economic immigrants and 2) introduce the services of the Danube Compass and to collect information about the possibility of using the portal in public services and in everyday work.
