Transdanube.Pearls - Start of the Assessment Tour - Part 2

The second part of the assessment tour along the Danube by using solely sustainable means of transport has started on 23 August 2017.

After the successful completion of the first part of the tour from Donaueschingen to Budapest that took place from 16 - 26 July, the international team continues their travel along the Lower Danube. A mobility expert, a tourism expert and a video team started their trip in Budapest and will travel to the Danube Delta by using only bus, bike, train and ship. 

In the next 10 days, the team will travel along the Lower Danube starting in Mohacs (HU), to Vukovar (CR) and continuing their journey in Belgrade, Donji Milanovac, Kladovo (SRB), Dobreta Turnu Severin, Orsova and (RO) and finally, experiencing Vidin, Ruse (BG) and the Danube Delta (RO).

On 23 August 2017, Nora, the Interreg reporter of the Danube Transnational Programme joined the expert team on their journey from Budapest to Mocacs and accompanied the team during their visit in Pecs.
