The CINEMA project was aiming to foster urban regeneration by collaborating with creative industries (CI). One of the key objectives was to create a common learning and knowledge exchange between all partners and stakeholders in the eight pilot locations we identified. This was the basis to build capacities in urban development and responded to the problems e.g. caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. To initiate and activate these pilot actions was a large part of the project and they are the stories which will be told by the project partners and their local players. In our final brochure you will find out how all the ideas, the methods and approaches came to life and how they hopefully contributed to sustainably better cities throughout the Danube Region. We are grateful for the opportunity to help city centers become more liveable and hope that our actions will have a lasting impact.
