At the 9th Expert Symposium of Organizers of Nutrition and Health/Hygiene Regime of Slovenia "The Future of Children's Health", organized by the Association of Kindergartens of Slovenia in Radenci on October 3 and 4, Jernej Dolinšek from UKC Maribor presented the lecture New Perspectives in the Treatment of Celiac Disease. About 140 participants responsible for organisation of nutrition in kindergartens and schools from all over Slovenia, as well as food technologists who work in the field of food safety in other institutions, attended the meeting. Publications developed within the CD-SKILLS project aimed at food technology experts were presented to the participants.
