To create a common realistic vision of the needs, problems and opportunities for the Iris District and other #AGORAareas, the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca held its "Strategy Development" workshop on the 27th of June 2022.
Together with 22 attendees from the civil society, the public, private, and research sectors, the main scope and objectives of the regeneration agenda were debated. It was discussed in detail the proposed objectives. Moreover the main events/activation activities that would best fit the agora areas and the pilot project were identified.
Stakeholders came up with some additional ideas and details regarding the implementation of the regeneration agenda, among others a temporary farmer market - pick and drive and an art exhibition space
