On Thursday, June 9th, 2022, the DANUBE REGION STRATEGY 10h Stakeholder Conference was held in Vienna, entitled  "YOUNG PEOPLE IN TIMES OF CRISIS: BUILDING RESPONSIVE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND LABOUR MARKET SYSTEMS IN THE DANUBE REGION". The conference was hosted by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research, with co-funding from the European Regional Development Fund. 

The international conference shed light on current issues and future priorities with respect to effective education, training and labour market policies and related projects to support young people in the Danube Region in the context of war in Ukraine, the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change. Participants were invited to attend in person or follow the conference online. 

The 10th International Stakeholder Conference of PA9 highlighted existing initiatives and developments on EU and macro-regional levels as well as empowerment of young people through education and training. The DREAM ROAD project was presented as an existing initiative that can improve these mentioned areas, as a part of Working Group 4 Overcoming marginalization: Young Roma in times of crisis.
