The second stakeholder workshop organized by PP4-BKK (Center for Budapest Transport) was held on March 2, 2022. The aim of the workshop was to identify gaps, opportunities and good practices in the following three thematic areas:

- Making BKK’s web interfaces accessible in practice;
- Connecting BKK’s BudapestGO app with Budapest Airport’s Indoor navigation app;
- Forming opinions about and evaluating study ideas.

The meeting was held online, on the Microsoft Teams interface. Participants were discussing with each other in parallel in three breakout rooms on the aforementioned topics.
The participants of the workshop were the main mobility operators of Budapest, next to them the representatives of the decision-maker, operational and planning levels, as well as the associations of the blind and visually impaired persons.
