During the NS (Novi Sad) Demo Day, which will be held on the 6th of July 2017 in the Amphiteatar at the Central building of University of Novi Sad, the DA-SPACE project will have its boot and present its Open Innovation Challenge and Innovation Lab. Interdisciplinary student teams will be formed in the upcoming period (starting the autumn 2017) in the framework of the Innovation Lab. Through mentorship process with support from the university and companies, student teams will be working on solving real business problems defined by companies. 

Wider promotion of the DA-SPACE project and its Innovation Lab will be organized at the NS Demo Day.

DA-SPACE Open Innovation Challenge will, during the first phase, include work of student teams solving 7 challenges defined by regional innovative companies. Invitation will be sent to the students who are willing to participate in interdisciplinary student teams whose task will be to solve different business problems – combination of both technical and business tasks. Starting October 2017, the implementation will be conducted through the Innovation Lab with mentorship support from companies.

NS Demo Day is start-up team competition where teams during 7minute long pitches present their ideas to potential investors. Jury and audience have up to 5 minutes to ask relevant questions.
