Requests for gluten-free menus and meal preparations has raised in the last few years. Our research showed that gluten-free caterers need to improve their gluten sensitivity knowledge before placing gluten-free catering order. This may sound as a simple process, but there are a lot of factors to consider: caterers have to follow the guidelines, they have to pay attention if there is a possibility for hidden sources of gluten in ingredients used, they have to avoid cross-contamination and much more….

CD SKILLS published a comprehensive gluten-free guide for caterers in partner languages. This time we are presenting caterers guide in Czech language to educate catering staff about gluten-free food preparation, serving, and eating, how kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils are cleaned, how to read food labels, what best practices are being followed, how to store gluten-free ingredients, we prepared some tasty recipes….
