This year the North Development Region will open new horizons for Moldova in the field of innovation, technology transfer and the creative sector. The construction work of the Innovation and Technological Transfer Centre in the North Development Region is coming to an end. The future Centre, with an area of 6054 square meters, is located on the campus of the Alecu Russo Balti State University and hosts the pilot location for the Moldovian partners of the CINEMA project. It is financed from the sources of the National Fund for Regional Development (NFDR) and supported by the Competitiveness Project of Moldova.
