Living Danube Limes - Institute of Archaeology, Belgrade, promotes Serbian pilot site

During the XLIV Annual Meeting of the Serbian Archaeological Society, held between 14th and 16th October 2021 in Paraćin, Serbia, a representative of the Institute of Archaeology, Belgrade, research assistant Ivana Kosanović, held a lecture about the promotion of the Serbian pilot site Lederata.

 
 

Her presentation titled Roman Lederata and its promotion within the international project Living Danube Limes, provided basic information about the site and introduced the audience to Living Danube Limes project, its main objectives and expected results. This lecture also highlighted the importance of the project for the international cooperation and local communities, stating the project activities that will take place on Lederata and discussing the possibilities of its further tourist exploitation.
