The organisation of national working tables is a key activity of the DANTE project that shall create a durable environment for the private and the public stakeholders to identify administrative barriers for the inland waterway transport and establish a cooperative working atmosphere where these barriers can be mitigated in a mutually beneficial way.

Discussions will be held based on the procedures applied in IWT activities by different authorities:

• Border Police, Tax & Customs
• Navigation/Traffic control authorities
• Port Authorities/administrations
• Waterway & canal administrations
• Other relevant authorities imposing barriers

DANTE partners Pro Danube Romania and the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry are the first ones to host each a national meeting. The meetings will be organised as follows:
