CD SKILLS - Lecture at the Zagreb Health School

18-03-2021

Learning interactions with future healthcare professionals are one of the ways we can ensure better healthcare for CD patients in the future. This time CeliVita spent a very pleasant hour in The Zagreb Health School, with 4th grade students, future Physical Therapy Technicians, giving lecture about CD and comprehensive healthcare for CD patients.

Upon completion of the program Physical Therapy Technicians can be employed in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, health resorts and the hotels that have the conditions to carry out therapeutic, sports and recreational procedures. We are sure students will use their newly gained knowledge about celiac disease, maybe even suspect celiac disease in a situation where a patient with nonspecific joint pain comes to the therapy or help a CD patient who suffers from osteoporosis with adjusted physical therapy.

Thank you Zdravstveno učilište Zagreb for being so interested for this topic and open minded, we are sure your patients will be in good hands one day!
