Because of the current Covid-19 situation the meeting was held online via MSTeams. Unfortunately, not all of their AG members could take part in the event. However, those who were present were very active and provided very valuable feedback to the Joint Strategy. They presented the main aspects about the eDigiStars project at the beginning of the meeting. Then they invited an employee from Frauenstiftung Steyr to present their project “DiWi-Pass” which has a very similar structure and similar goals as the eDigiStars project. They will hopefully be able to use these synergies in the implementation of the eDigiStars project. Another important item on the agenda was the presentation of the Joint Strategy. They asked them to give feedback on the strategy, the specific objectives and the KPIs using the interactive online-tool “conceptboard”, which worked rather well and proved to be a very interactive format. At the end of the meeting they summarized their findings and presented the next steps of the project.

The meeting went very well. The AG members were very active and provided valuable feedback on the Joint Strategy, the specific objective as well as the KPIs. They asked very critical questions which pointed towards several aspects of the strategy that should further be specified. They repeatedly professed their interest in and the importance of the project, which leads the partners  to believe that they will be able to work with our AG group very effectively on the project. They also provided a lot of ideas for the implementation of the strategy objectives.
