  1. Workshop information

This workshop was initiated by the Danube-INCO.NET project and the two DTP funded projects ResInfra@DR and Excellence in ReSTI using the opportunity for their kick-off. The focus is particularly on the newly funded DTP projects from the 1st call and aims to provoke an exchange amongst the projects at this early stage. With emphasis on Priority Area 1 “Innovative and Socially Responsible Danube Region” synergies for cooperation among the projects are manifold and a closer look on currently ongoing projects and recently finished activities can help to establish synergies. This supports also the Kick-off of ResInfra@DR and Excellence-in-ReSTI.

A realistic look on the (expected) contribution of DTP projects to the relevant Priority Areas is necessary. The information about opportunities provided by the new projects and preconditions for its best uptake can be exchanged from the very start. The event is also a vivid starting point to establishing functioning networks reaching out beyond the existing partnerships and to identifying synergies among projects.
