Filming of the Sava TIES promotional movie started at the end of August. First scenes were filmed in the National Park Una (Bosnia and Hrezegovina), Odransko field (Croatia) and Special Nature Reserve Zasavica (Serbia). “Šafarek production”, engaged filming company, visited project pilot areas and filmed the activities of removing the invasive alien species such as the Japanese knotweed (Reynoutria x bohemica), False indigo bush and Common milkweed. This was the propriate time to film the natural beauty of the protected areas and struggling against the beast - invasive alien plants.

The movie will promote natural and cultural values of the Sava River Basin and protected areas involved in the project. It will certainly be helpful in future promotion of the Sava TIES project and network of protected areas along the river Sava - Sava Parks Network.
