On April 25, 2018, a PBB Award Ceremony was organized by the Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas Sarajevo and Center for Energy, Environment and Resources - CENER 21 in Bijambare Protected Landscape. The Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of Canton Sarajevo awarded two applicants with the award for the best Pro Biodiversity Business and the award for the best Pro Biodiversity Business idea. 

Mr. Osman Delić, Director of the Cantonal Public Institution for Protected Natural Areas and Mr. Akif Fazlić, Mayor of Ilijaš Municipality, held an introductory speech and thanked the local community for successful cooperation and the Ministry of Physical Planning, Planning and Environmental Protection of the Canton Sarajevo for Supporting the implementation of ECO KARST project.

The event was attended by Mr. Edin Forto, Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton and Mr. Damir Filipovic, Minister of Physical Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection, with their presence and brief speeches of support. Mr. Filipović presented the awards to the participants of the ECO KARST program for the development of Pro Biodiversity businesses and business ideas. In the period from December 2018 to April 2019, the entrepreneurs worked hard on the development of their business ideas mentored and guided by experts in field. 

Company Halilović d.o.o. Halilović won the first award in the category of the existing business, and Mrs Mina Stomornjak won in the best business idea category, who plans to start rural households in the wider area of ​​the Protected Landscape of Bijambare. Applicants were awarded with a study trip to Slovenia where they will have the opportunity to present their business idea in front of the auditorium of nearly 100 participants at the PBB Fair and vouchers worth 500 BAM to enhance the visual identity of the business.
