CHESTNUT - Electric wheels on the road in Weiz

28-04-2019

As part of the Weizer bicycle day organized by the City Mobility Office under Barbara Kulmer, three e-cargo bikes were handed over as a part of the Interreg Danube Project Chestnut.

In the future, delicatessen Bleykolm, a grocery shop, will deliver goods up to a maximum of 100 kg in the contemporary electric wheel; Roland Hasenhütl will carry out his postal services for the municipality of Weiz on such a vehicle.

The third electric wheel was handed over to city marketing director Axel Dobrowolny, which will be available to all users of the WeizeBike sharing system in the future with the WEIZCARD.
