CHESTNUT - TWO-DAY PROJECT MEETING IN KOPER: MONITORING OF PILOT ACTIONS AND FINALISATION OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

The eighth project meeting in Koper is organised on 12th and 13th of February 2019.

This meeting was proposed to be implemented additionally during the project after agreement of project partners and Interreg DANUBE Secretariat in the Budapest meeting in October 2019. The aim is to identify and present how the project Work Packages are being finalised as the project is ending in three and a half months.

First day

First day’s focal point is on the presentation of WP 5 (T3), where partners are split into smaller groups and focused on thematic fields of bike sharing, e-mobility, feasibility study in multimodal transportation network, and infrastructure of cycling paths.

Second day

Centrepieces of the meeting’s second day are to review the state of the art in the project implementation, and to give detailed overview of all deliverables and outputs reached. Every project partner is going to present local peculiarities from work packages of management and communication, while three work package coordinators (mobility scenarios, SUMPs drafting, pilot actions) will present current statuses of deliverables, challenges and solutions that arose, and are expected to happen by the project realisation.

A steering committee session is planned during the second day as well. It will be focused on discussion and approval of an action plan that finalises deliverables, activities and outputs of CHESTNUT project by May 2019.
