Made in Danube Final Event

The final event of the INTERREG Danube Transnational Programme project Made in Danube will take place on June 3rd 2019 at the Hospitalhof in Stuttgart, Germany.
We will gather Bio-economy communities and other stakeholders interested in the uptake of innovation tools in the field of biofuels, forestry and smart agriculture, counting also with the presence of national and international policymakers. Throughout the event with multiple sessions, our main goals are to:
- Introduce the project’s final results;
- Present the outcomes of topic-related projects with multiple stakeholders in Bio-economy;
- And engage the audience in a series of dialogues and roundtable on the paths ahead for Cohesion Policy.
Made in Danube project aims to support the transnational innovation and knowledge transfer in the area of Bio-economy focusing on smart agriculture, forestry and biofuels. By creating efficient collaboration between research organizations and regional companies, Made in Danube project contributes to the improvement of framework conditions for innovations in the Danube region; facilitating 15 sustainable Bio-economy based innovation partnerships involving 40 regional companies. This way, Made in Danube contributes to boosting the competitiveness of SMEs and generating a significant change for the entire area by supporting regional Smart Specialisation Strategies.
Made in Danube project is co-funded by European Union funds (ERDF, IPA).
