An EcoInn Danube kick-off partner meeting was organized on 16th of February 2017 in Bratislava, Slovakia. The meeting was hosted by the Lead partner - Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information with participation of representatives of all project partners.

The meeting started with brief introduction of all project team members and their organizations.

The first point of agenda was focused on introduction of financial and project management presented by Mr. Niko Finka from the Joint Secretariat. Expenditure rules, reporting and monitoring process, project changes and yearly review were highlighted during his presentation.

Lead Partner and all work package Leaders introduced all work packages of the project – their management, activities, workflow and deadlines. The project partners discussed in details the whole project implementation, next steps and the most important tasks for the first period of the project implementation.

Steering committee with representatives of all project partners was established during the meeting and its members voted their first decisions related to the project management.

Next project meeting will take place in Budapest, Hungary in July 2017.
