The Croatian partner Optimizacija is organizing their Regional Communication kick-off event together with the First Regional Alliance meeting on 18.12.2018 in Zagreb, Croatia. The purpose of the Communication event will be to present the project among representatives of target groups, and inform them how they can benefit best from the planned activities. The purpose of Regional Alliance meeting will be to inform the members with their obligations under the project, as well as present the prepared Regional mapping on the Innovators Status Quo in Energy Efficiency. After the comments by the Regional Alliance members, an improvement report of the Regional Mapping will be prepared.  As a result, after receiving the Improved Regional Mapping by each partner Optimizacija will prepare a situation analysis, showing situation, success cases from different regions/countries and specifying key parameters influencing tools development. The prepared analysis will be the basis for the development of Danube Energy+ Tool and Danube Energy+ Package.
