Second regional workshop organized by the City of Vukovar

The City of Vukovar, as a partner of the project Transdanube.Pearls, has organized the second regional workshop. The cross-border workshop was attended by stakeholders from the tourism sector from Vukovar, Pécs, Mohács, Backa Palanka and the municipality of Bilje.

The results and the implementation of the project were presented and the most important topic of the Workshop was the cooperation on the preparation of a future joint tourism offer between Hungary, Croatia and Serbia, i.e territory of Mohács, Gornje Podunavlje, Backa Palanka and the Croatian part of Baranja, Vukovar and Ilok.

Potentials and problems in the creation of tourism offer, opportunities for tourism development were presented and the continuation of further cooperation of all stakeholders was agreed upon on.
