In order to promote VOICT OI LAB – Serbia as one of 7 open innovation labs established in the region within the Interreg Danube Transnational Programme project DA-SPACE (Open Innovation to Raise Entrepreneurship Skills and Public Private Partnership), Vojvodina ICT Cluster (VOICT) and University of Novi Sad (UNS) intensified promotional activities and also organized several meetings with VOICT members and a few other companies - potential seekers. They have all been invited to join the project and during each lab cycle, to contribute actively in running the activities and act as mentors for the teams of solvers.

The second round of the VOICT Open Innovation lab (OIL) of DA-SPACE project is about to start as the kick-off event will be organized in less than a month. At the moment, the most important activity is to spread the word about DA-SPACE project in order to inform all possible participants about the opportunity to become a part of the second cycle of VOICT OIL - Serbia. 
Young talents will be involved in the lab as solvers as they are expected to provide innovative solution for the challenges given by public authorities, SMEs and companies involved in the lab as seekers who define  business challenges.
In order to promote the second cycle of VOICT OIL - Serbia, Vojvodina ICT Cluster’s representative Smilja Krajinovic had a chance to talk about DA-SPACE project on local TV on two occasions, once on 7th of September, when talking about Vojvodina ICT Cluster’s active projects and the second time, on 2nd of October, when in order to raise interest of young talents to participate in the second cycle of the VOICT OIL-Serbia and to inform interested companies and public authorities willing to be engaged in the lab as seekers, she had a chance to invite all of them when participated in morning programme of Novosadska TV.  

University of Novi Sad is a higher education institution, and the Vojvodina ICT Cluster is one of the most successful Serbian clusters. Both are partners in DA-SPACE project. DA-SPACE Open Innovation Lab Novi Sad has been established within the premises of Business Incubator Novi Sad.
