Danube STREAM - Board of Directors, consists of the heads of waterway administrations from Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria. During the meeting, held on 20 and 21 June 2018 in Varna, the progress in the implementation of individual project activities and harmonization of the services, provided throughout the Danube river was discussed.
The Agenda was focus on follow:

- Improved User information services (WP3)
- Improved Waterway management (WP4)

VISIT ON VARNA SHIPYARD - NEW BULGARIAN MARKING VESSEL

Within the framework of their visit to Bulgaria, the directors of specialized river administrations visited the Varna shipyard "Dolphin", where they observed the construction of the new vessel of EAEMDR for marking of the fairway. The delivery is part of the FAIRway Danube project, funded under the Connecting Europe Facility. The newly built marking vessel is expected to be delivered in Ruse, Bulgaria by the end of August.
