NETWORLD - Dissemination and Capitalisation Activities in Bulgaria

Representatives of the Bulgarian partners Varna Economic Development Agency (VEDA) and Regional Museum of History – Dobrich took part in the Conference "Europe for Citizens", Creative Europe, "Entrepreneurship in the field of culture, cultural heritage and cultural cooperation", held on June 28-29, 2018 in Varna. VEDA cooperated with Varna Regional Informational Center and presented to more than 130 conference attendees the NETWORLD project activities, goals and achievements so far, including the NETWORLD Database - World War One Sites.

Participants in the conference were government and self-government officials coming from the Ministry of Culture, state cultural agencies and municipalities of Aksakovo, Dobrich, Dalgopol, Kardzhali, Varna, and Valchi Dol along with representatives of Regional Informational Centers from 16 Bulgarian cities, NGOs, lyceums, universities & colleges, theatres, museums, media, businesses and citizens from all over the country.

VEDA representative will take part in the upcoming Kick-off Dissemination Event "Business Women in the Danube Region", which will hold in Varna (Bulgaria) on 17 July 2018, hosted by Regional Agency for Entrepreneurship and Innovations – Varna. VEDA will presented NETWORLD project with focus on development quality cultural tourism based on the First World War’s cultural heritage as part of Agency activities towards entrepreneurial support and growth.
