3rd Work Package and Steering Committee Meeting for the JOINTISZA - Interreg Danube project in Bucharest on 5th-7th June 2018.
Third Work Package meeting for the JOINTISZA - Interreg Danube project was held in Bucharest on 5th-6th June 2018. More than 55 participants, including Project Partners and Associated Strategic Partners (ASPs) were present to be informed about the state of the project and to approve relevant deliverables. WP leaders presented the status of the deliverables, issues faced, and the future steps of the project at a common platform. The meeting was aimed at building the linkages between the work packages to allow smooth running of project activities. The 3rd Work Package meeting served as a preparatory event for the Steering Committee meeting which was planned for 7th June 2018 in Bucharest.
Following the work package meeting, the 3rd Steering Committee Meeting for the JOINTISZA project was held on 7th June 2018. In the presence of the steering committee members the results of the 3rd working period of the project were showcased and upcoming outputs were discussed and planned. The one-day event brought all Project Partners, ASPs and IPAs together to discuss and plan rigorously for the next steps and targets. After series of presentations, question and answer sessions the SC members concluded that the activities performed in the current period were satisfactory with the scope to advance in the next.
