Enjoy the following images of our partners as they where very active promoting our Interreg Danube GeoTour project on several occasions. A lot of people were interested in the Danube GeoTour. These are great opportunities to interact and promote the achievements of the project and its UNESCO Global Geoparks:

a)   7 partners are UNESCO Global Geoparks. They were participating at the GeoFair of the 41st European Geopark CC Meeting in our partner's Geopark Karawanken-Karavanke (Austria/Slovenia) in Bleiburg, Austria. The image shows the partner from Croatia Papuk UNESCO Global Geopark (www.pp-papuk.hr):

b) Geopark Papuk also attended a tourstic fair in Zagreb, Croatia called Places2Go to promote again the GeoSights and highlights of the Danube GeoTour:

c) The Austrian Partner Nature and Geopark Styrian Eisenwurzen (www.eisenwurzen.com) attended the famous "Steiermarkfrühling" at the townhall square of the Austrian capital Vienna. This is a quite famous touristic fair of the region Styria with up to 175,000 visitors.

d) Our Lead Partner Idrija UNESCO Global Geopark (www.geopark-idrija.si) showed the visitors of the Cultural Barzaar the highlights of the Danube GeoTour. This event was also part of the European Year of Cultural Heritage. Also this project is part of this special year in 2018.

e) Finally our Austrian/Slovenian partner Geopark Karawanken/Karavanke (www.geopark-karawanken.at) just attended the Argus Bike Festival 2018 in Vienna:
