Doina Munteanu, Senior Expert in Danube SKILLS and Head of CERONAV Unit in Galatz attended on 6 and 7 September the CESNI/QP COMP- Temporary Working Group on Professional Competences, CESNI/QP- Working Group on Professional Qualifications and the first meeting of the European Commission Expert Group on Social Issues in Inland Navigation set up by the European Commission earlier this year.
