Are you already familiar with our recently launched online platform:

www.danube-goes-circular.eu?

It includes a virtual marketplace and helps interested persons, companies and research institutions from the countries of the Danube region to exchange products, materials and resources for reuse, and to build cooperation networks to promote the circular economy.

We are looking for small and medium-sized enterprises and other interested stakeholders that are interested in participating in one of our circular economy workshops in the Danube region countries Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Are you curious? Please send us an email or contact the partner organisation in your country – we are looking forward to hearing from you!

Mobile exhibition – Get in touch with the circular economy!

Washing machines for rent, reusable and eco-friendly plastic moving boxes, modern Bluetooth speakers from vintage radios – these are some innovative alternatives to the current linear ‘throwaway’ economy. Those are just a selection of the best practices that we present at our mobile exhibition on the circular economy in four countries of the Danube region.

Thanks to its modular design, it is easy to let our exhibition travel from one location to another. We are very happy that the exhibitions at the Technology Centre Augsburg in Germany and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia in Ljubljana were very successful. Until December 2018, the exhibition will open its doors to visitors at the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of Slovenia in Ljubljana. Next, it will travel to Slovakia.

If you cannot make it to Ljubljana, please click here and here to get some impressions about the exhibition.

The circular toolbox is a free resource that can help organisations kick-start the implementation of the circular economy in the Danube region, and unleash its potential for sustainable economic growth. This mix of different tools and materials improves the capacity of research and development, business support organisations, public bodies to accelerate the transition to the circular economy.
