Balti, also called “the northern capital”, is a major industrial, cultural and commercial centre and transportation hub in the north of the Republic of Moldova. This is where the Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer is located, a building reconstructed in 2005 and empty ever since. Thanks to the CINEMA project and transnational cooperation it comes alive.
