WOMEN IN BUSINESS - at the workshop "Development solutions for new businesses", Constanta, Romania

Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Constanta (PIMM) organised on 20th of December 2018,at Ramada Hotel, Constanta, a workshop  "Development solutions for new businesses" focusing on informing and promoting entrepreneurship among Romanian young people.

During the event experts in the field presented useful and important information about funding schemes for those wishing to start their own business, methods and procedures that can turn their ideas into successful businesses, changes in the national Start Up Nation 2018 funding programme and sustainability and responsibility when choosing the number of employees for their business.

President of Employers Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Constanta (PIMM), presented the objectives and the activities of the "WOMEN IN BUSINESS" project, DTP2-048-1.2, co-financed by the European Union, through the Danube Transnational Programme, fostering the young women entrepreneurship in the Danube Region.

Anca Maria Vladoi, successful young woman entrepreneur and Advisory Board member of the Romanian Stakeholder Group in the "WOMEN IN BUSINESS" Project, shared her experience in business and gave recommendations to future entrepreneurs.

Bianca Costea, speaker, coach and certified John Maxwell TEAM teacher and Ovidiu Haidu, expert in social economy and social entrepreneurship.
