Zenica aims to set up business offices, community centers, and entrepreneurial infrastructure working on a Business Incubator/TechnoPark building. In the future, space could be managed by Development Agency.

Objective: improve existing practices regarding the management of commercial assets as well as creating Agora communities which will, in the long run, be included in a decision-making process. Zenica wants this building to create a network with other cities.
