AgriGo4Cities - An inspiring urban farm in Kansas City - From homestead to farm stand

30-08-2017

Could a further insight into urban planning, along with a slightly different view upon the immigration issue, actually improve our lives?

For two young people from USA, Kansas- Brooke Salvaggio and Daniel Heryer- this combination definitely managed to help them create a happy life together. Her passion for farming brought her around the world travelling, after which she returned to USA and met her future husband, a college graduated in urban planning, who also dreamt about changing the aspect of the world they were currently living in. They dared to follow their ideas about how urban planning and farming, along with turning migration into something positive could challenge the inefficiency of the system they grew up in.

This family could be an inspiration for anyone. Let's hope that we will see this kind of successfull stories in our AgriG4cities project also.
