„During the special online event of the German Celiac Disease Society (DZG) on the World Celiac Day, 16th of May, Dr. Katharina Werkstetter presented our CD SKILLS project and gave an impression on the various thematic fields that are being covered by our collaboration. She also gave a short introduction into the German online courses on www.zoeliakie-verstehen.de and presented the celiac passport that is already very well accepted by members of DZG. The second topic „Oats in the gluten-free diet“ was presented by Veronika Bauer, dietitian at DZG, who gave a very useful and easy to follow overview on this interesting issue.“
