INDEED project coordinator Professor Alexander Kurz had the opportunity to present the INDEED project at the 7th Congress of the Society of Neurologists in Moldova. At the virtual event, practitioners from Moldova and international experts discussed a variety of topics including headache, pain and neuromuscular diseases as well as dementia.

INDEED was presented on September 18 during a panel session on “dementia”. Professor Kurz and Lea Pfaeffel emphasised that dementia is a growing societal issue in the Danube region. They highlighted that the INDEED online learning course (www.indeed-project.eu) received excellent feedback during its pilot phase. Furthermore, Professor Kurz underlined that the evaluation results show how the course is a valuable complement to existing occupational trainings.

For the INDEED extension phase, the consortium has welcomed the team of Professor Lisnic at the Diomid Gherman Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery (Moldova) as a new project partner.
