Our partner Mario Mašić from Children hospital Zagreb held a lecture about celiac disease at the meeting organized by Croatian Society of Young Doctors on 23rd June 2021. Basic information about celiac disease, epidemiological data, etiology and treatment was presented. The lecture was held on-line and was attended by 28 young doctors from Croatia and two from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Special emphasis was given on when to suspect celiac disease, how to diagnose it and exclusion of gluten from the diet during the diagnostic procedure (and why not).

CD SKILLS project was promoted as well as existing e-learning tools developed within Focus in CD project with link provided. The presentation was very well accepted and followed by a fruitful discussion.
