On July 6th 2021, InnoEnergy Germany GmbH carried out the Danube Energy+ National Day and Opening Ceremony of the DE+ Hub. Impressive numbers of the Danube Energy+ project’s outcomes were presented as regards to the involvement of Young Innovators and the outreach of the motivational activities of the consortium. Several Young Innovators, who participated in the Karlsruhe DE+ pilot, had such promising ideas that they were able to get one of the much sought-after places at the AXEL Team Training. Eavy Systems, SenseING and Discover/e managed to enter even the one-year Team Development program of AXEL and are right now on their way of creating market-ready products.

The Karlsruhe Danube Energy+ Hub was announced, which is a Meta-Hub, connecting stakeholders with focus on start-up support in Baden-Württemberg, The objectives and benefits of the Meta-Cluster for all participating institutions were presented.
