On Tuesday, 8 December 2020, an online training on Innovation Management took place, hosted by NERDA development agency in the framework of the Danube S3 Cluster project.

Due to the restrictions because of the Covid19 pandemic, the training was organized online. Over 15 stakeholders from Agro-food clusters and other organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Croatia participated in the interactive training and learned about the importance and the possibility to innovate within agro-food clusters from Steinbeis 2i GmbH, who shared their vast experience with innovation management.

According to participants feedback, they were very satisfied with the training. More trainings on “Innovation Management”, “Business models for self-sustainable clusters” and “Business Internationalization and Scale Up” will be organized in the coming weeks and months – for more information, see http://dtp.interreg-danube.eu/approved-projects/danube-s3-cluster.
