ACTA Center organized the Focus Group on 26th of November, respecting the Guidance for organizing the Focus Groups. The meeting started at 2 p.m. and ended at 4 p.m., reaching 120 minutes as ideal time dedicated for a focus group. The meeting was very efficient, the number of the participants was 11, representative of labour offices/ agencies, field representatives, associations, providers of training and requalification, Chamber of Commerce, industry associations and policy actors. For interview, the moderators proposed structured questions targeting the strategic objectives, the specific objectives and indicators. For each strategic objective, the moderator brought surface the participants’ thoughts and ideas about its specific objectives and indicators. It was created a connection between ideas and thoughts, so some of them became the starting point for the following ones. For example, the field representatives’ expresses their thoughts and worries and the other representatives (labour offices and agencies, providers of training and requalification, industry representatives, associations and policy actors) came up with examples of good practices. The fruitful feedback regarding the strategy offered by AG members is summarized below.
