First AG meeting in Maribor took place online on Friday 27th from 10 am to 12.30 pm, 12 of 14 members attended. The agenda was presenting partners of the eDigiStars project, the project itself and presenting AG partners. A discussion about the draft of the Strategy followed with detailed discussion on strategical objectives and key performance indicators followed in 2 focus groups. Maribor’s Advisory group’s members come from different expert fields that work with the economy, employment, education, educational programs, intergenerational practices, seniors, etc. Everyone agreed that it is about time that we start to think and actively work on seniors as a specific group and potential digital workforce. Ageing society is a reality for the whole European Union and we have to start thinking and working on intergenerational skills now.
