Since the beginning of the year of 2019 the 3Smart platform start to operate on the UNIZGFER building skyscraper. The building microgrid, HVAC level systems and comfort in selected zones are now operated in an energy efficient and cost optimal way. It is estimated that by the end of the year all zones should be encompassed under 3Smart operation.
