Digitization is an excellent opportunity for organizations to be very effective in present and future markets. To this aim, the UMFST Student Entrepreneurial Society together with ALUMNI Association of UPM (AUPM) and the  Romanian Research Group for Corporate Finance (RORCF) on the occasion of the UMFST Days organized the conference "Innovation and Digital Transformation in Organizations" on 12th December.

Key speaker, prof. Univ. Dieter Hertweck, leader of the Digital Working Group - EU Danube Region, talked about the importance of digital solutions for organizational sustainability, presented case studies on innovation hubs and partnership opportunities for creating an innovative framework in the region.

At the same time, the workshop was accompanied by a demonstration of digital solutions tailored to the health care sector and a discussion session in which they interacted with those present from categories as: businessmen from Târgu Mureş, university professors and public authorities.
