DA-SPACE - Open Innovation Lab in Croatia held the Mid-term Review Meeting with 7 teams and continues with entrepreneurship training within the first cycle

The Mid–term Review Meeting was held in DA-SPACE Open Innovation Lab at Juraj Dobrila University of Pula. This meeting gathered the lab manager and all 7 teams which are participants in the first lab cycle. During the meeting, all solvers and mentors presented their work in the last few months and further steps toward innovative solutions. They also discussed important issues with the lab manager in order to find solutions and speed-up the innovative process. The event took place on the 20th of April in UNIPU OI Lab.
Most of the modules under the entrepreneurship training were offered to young talents that are participating as solvers in the first cycle. The lectures and workshops within the entrepreneurship training were linked to challenges and serve to enhance entrepreneurship skills and innovative thinking among young talents. These skills and knowledge will be used in the realization of creative solutions within the cycle.
The participants were:
Mid-term Review Meeting – 7 teams (solvers and mentors) and lab manager
Entrepreneurship training – solvers, seekers as mentors, UNIPU and Region of Istria project teams
Through the Mid-term Review Meeting all 7 teams had the opportunity to present their work and to discuss all important issues with the lab manager. Entrepreneurship training within the DA-SPACE project is giving the knowledge and skills to the solvers, with the aim of creating innovative solutions.

Juraj Dobrila University of Pula is a higher education institution, and the Region of Istria is a unit of regional self-government. Both are partners in the DA-SPACE project. DA-SPACE Open Innovation Lab Croatia is established in Juraj Dobrila University’s main building, with the support from the Region of Istria.
