Dino Delić is COO of one of the Serbian most successful start-ups, FishingBooker. During the panel, Mr. Delić stressed out the importance of the stronger link between academia and industry within innovation-related projects.

Research is needed and definitively a good thing, but it has to focus on something that can be sold on the market somewhere in the future. Moreover, the relationship between industry and universities needs to be closer in the area of curricula creation as they need to evolve much faster than currently, all in line with rapid changes in the industry.
