In Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, will be established first Czech Re-Use Centre. This centre will be a place where will be collected objects from collecting places, which are suitable for reusing. Typical things are household equipment, dishes, furniture, books, strollers or bicycles. After import to re-use centre the things will be sorted, added to price list and offered for cheap resale.

For the future is planned cooperation with charities and children homes. In re-use centre will be organized ecological events and seminars for pupils from kindergarten, primary and secondary school.

The establishment of Prague Re-use centre is an action for securing less sums of waste in the city. Prague has been inspired by other European metropolises where re-use centres are already running for several years. Good example is Vienna where re-use centre became a tourist attraction too.
