26-02-2018

Technical University of Košice (TUKE) organized the third national workshop within the framework of the ATTRACTIVE DANUBE project on the 9th February 2018 in Košice at the premises of Košice Self-governing Region. The aim of the workshop was to discuss how the the National Territorial Attractiveness Monitoring Platform for Slovakia (NTAMP - Slovakia), which was presented in its beta version, could help the regional planners from regional authorities in their tasks.

The workshop was attended by representatives of the Department of Regional Development, Territorial Planning and Environment at Košice Self-governing Region, whose main interest covers the presentation of the data on the local level – districts and municipalities/cities – what however meets the limits of the data availability. As the regional authority currently focuses on the action plan for the support of local food production and the its marketing, the discussion about the possibility to collect and then present these type data took place, as well.
