Green technologies pave the way to an eco-friendly and climate-neutral future. Many entrepreneurs offer green solutions to specific issues, even deducing completely new business cases. But where are their potential business partners and how they can reach them with their ideas? That is when the Green Innovation and Investment Forum (GIIF) comes into play.

Odd 80 business ideas from 26 countries were screened in December 2017 by an expert jury. 20 outstanding ideas made the cut to prove on the 21th February 2018 in Stuttgart why they are the go-to guys for a greener future.

The Green Innovation and Investment Forum offers all shortlisted start-ups and SMEs an exclusive coaching day, the Green Training Day, on the 20th February 2018 during which each entrepreneur gets insight and feedback from a poll of experts.

During the Pitching Event on the 21st February 2018 entrepreneurs will pitch their ideas in front of investors and representatives of corporations. The event will be furthermore enriched by enriched by the presence of two internationally recognized keynotes: Shuen Chain managing director of Sustineri will offer insights in the world of impact investing and show how institutions should embrace the low carbon transition and sustainable development. The former football player and founder of Viva con Agua, Benjamin Adrion will highlight how green technology are having an impact on the life of millions of people in developing countries.
